Ghanaian Actor Lil Win, Actress Martha Ankomah Settle Defamation Case Out of Court

Background

Ghanaian actress Martha Ankomah filed a defamation lawsuit against Kumawood actor Kwadwo Nkansah, also known as Lil Win, on February 14. The lawsuit alleged that disparaging remarks made by Lil Win in a viral video had damaged her reputation.

On May 17, an Accra High Court ordered Lil Win to be notified of a court hearing scheduled for July 31 regarding the case.
